Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before your trip are eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before your trip are non-refundable, and non-transferrable. 

Transfers of your reservation are permitted more than 30 days before your trip. Transfers include change of date within the current season (if availability permits), change of booking to the following season, or the transfer of your reservation to another party. 

No refunds will be given to any trip in progress. This includes situations such as a change in weather, injury / illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances. The only exception to this policy is in the event of a forest fire or backcountry closure. If the Lodge is under mandatory closure during the time of your reservation, full refunds (less an administration fee of $50/person) will be given during the closure period. 

Guests may acquire their own cancellation / medical insurance as we have a non-refundable policy.
