Children 2 and under stay for free. We have a highchair and pack 'n' play available. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a child and require these items.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGY FEES

Due to the overwhelming amount of specific dietary requests, we will be instating a $25 CAD surcharge for the following diets: gluten free, dairy free (including lactose sensitivity etc.), vegetarian, vegan. These diets require special ingredients and more time by our chef to ensure they are handled appropriately. You must indicate at the time of booking that you require one of these specific meal options, we will not be able to accommodate day-of changes to dietary requests. If you have a legitimate allergy to a food that you can not eat around (ex. nuts, shellfish etc.) please inform us at the time of booking.

Please keep in mind when deciding to book that we are a remote backcountry lodge, it could take 12+ hours for emergency services to access the lodge. While we make our best effort to accommodate allergies and medical concerns, we can never guarantee a 100% allergen free environment. By choosing to come to the lodge you hold all responsibility for your own well-being and you must bring your own medical devices (ex. epi-pen, antihistamines etc.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

After booking, you have 24hrs to cancel your reservation at no charge. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before your trip are eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before your trip are non-refundable, and non-transferrable.

Transfers of your reservation are permitted more than 15 days before your trip. Transfers include change of date within the current season (if availability permits), change of booking to the following season, or the transfer of your reservation to another party.

No refunds will be given to any trip in progress. This includes situations such as a change in weather, injury / illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances. The only exception to this policy is in the event of a forest fire or backcountry closure. If the Lodge is under mandatory closure by Parks Canada during the time of your reservation, full refunds (less an administration fee of $50/person) will be given during the closure period.

Guests may acquire their own cancellation / medical insurance as we have a non-refundable policy.
